Malaise

Aghast.
They are such pigs.

I cannot stow
my soliloquy,
no longer cordate.

I prayed this was just a
                                           transition.
Alas, it’s
                    M

                           A

                    L

                          A

                                 I

                       S

                            E

I find myself in limbo.

Do I bend?
Sacrifice accountability
– to myself and others;
Just to tick a box?

No.

I can’t tear ligaments
off my mental state any longer.

After all,
They are but pigs;
I choose integrity.
