Reshape the world?
Can it even be done?
Unzip the land
and let it sink in.
Lone crusaders
try their best
to break the cycle.
But it’s too late.
Plastic chokes
the oceans.
The earth has
become a junkyard.
Farewell abundance.
Goodbye human decency.
Adieu society.
Ta-ta accountability.
Some may say
this is a sad ode indeed.
Alas, it is merely
our reality.
