Haha. Yes! They certainly are early detection devices but unfortunately ours have too many ‘false alarms’ and tend to bark at the wind…or nothing!

LOL – I can understand that – I find smaller dogs tend to be more anxious and nervous anyhow, and given their size, can’t say that I blame them ….. mine fall into the “medium” category/borderline “large” and they are actually more of the “guard” type, but even a good gust is enough to get them wondering. Of course, I live in the country, so lots of wildlife, like deer – which they sense and/or see and think “dinner on the hoof” *sigh* …. but we love them anyhow 😀
