No More

Her only comfort,
as the rain falls around her,
– a canopy’s space.
She dreams of a time to come,
when the tears will flow no more.

    1. I toyed with the word canopy of cocoon, but decided on canopy since the umbrella leaves some of us exposed. Yes, heartbreak. It’s the worst…but makes us stronger in the end ❤️
