Standing proud their ground,
while choking out my garden

The flowers do look quite pretty. The weed part underneath not so much! They are filling out our grass (and we don’t have all that much to begin with thanks to the dogs!! Lol…maybe we need to quit while we’re ahead!

Right – and dandelions are one of nature’s biggest and most important food sources for the pollinators – bees – so hmmm …. no dandelions, no bees, no pollination – no food.
something to think about ….

This was a tongue in cheek dig at my failing garden. No offence meant to either the dandelions (or the bees) 😃

LOL – well, I have to say, I was kind of wondering, but I’m a total – okay, I admit – I’m an eco-terrorist – BUT a friendly one. 😀
Seriously, it’s a huge problem for many – the battle of the “weeds” – but I think it’s always possible to come up with workable and compromising solutions, but then, I’m the type of person who sees something “perfectly” manicured and I want to throw weed seeds everywhere 😉
Hope I didn’t freak you out and I’m sorry if my reply came across as hard or harsh.
